Abstract
.Girls running away from home is one of the social problems, which arises from the incompatibility of family members. Such a problem existed in Ferdowsi's time or before him. In "The Story of Siavash and Sudabah" the story of a girl who ran away from the land of Turan is told. The present article, using a library method and a descriptive-analytical approach, will deal with "investigating the consequences of girls running away in Ferdowsi's Shahnameh based on psychological and sociological theories and ways to prevent it." Results: From Ferdowsi's point of view; The weak economic and social position does not have much effect on the escape of girls, and famous and wealthy families are not safe from this phenomenon, but cultural factors in industrial societies play a significant role in the occurrence of this phenomenon. From the point of view of psychology; The excuses of runaway girls are a general indicator of pathological symptoms, due to their high level of paranoid thoughts. "Lack of problem-solving skills", "lack of self-respect", "value seeking", "desire to achieve power", "pleasure-seeking", and "searching for a specific alternative" are considered the most important psychological variables in the escape of girls. they become "Problem-solving skills training", "parents' love for girls", "children's obligation to respect their parents", "strengthening kinship ties" and "pleasure-seeking adjustment" are solutions to deal with girls running away
